However, we understand that issues can occur. Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

  • The product was not received due to a technical error.

  • The file received is corrupted or not working, and the issue cannot be resolved after support.

  • You were charged multiple times for the same product.

    we’ll happily look into it and fix the problem or issue a refund if needed.
